Veflat runs on the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta) with Meta's login. We do not use scraping or ask for your password. Still, WhatsApp applies its own quality and messaging policies, and we cannot promise a number will never be limited: follow their policies and only message people who have opted in.
When a customer writes to your number, Meta notifies us and Veflat looks for your keywords in the message. If there is a match, it replies with your message and links. We only reply to incoming messages, within WhatsApp's 24-hour window.
It is a pre-step that asks the customer for their email before delivering the link, and saves it to your contacts. Availability depends on your plan; see the pricing page.

You are responsible for your customers' data under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data). You must have their consent (opt-in) to contact them on WhatsApp. Veflat processes data according to its Privacy Policy and only replies to people who message you first.
